Appointed by the customer’s VP of IT to lead a committee responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending network, CPE, software distribution, anti-virus, and remote control tools.

♦ Member of GTECC’s largest and most diversified outsourcing transition team. Responsibilities included: lead engineer, discovery of client’s network, creating standard operating procedures, training engineering staff, setting up NOC for monitoring and managing client’s network, identifying, evaluating, and recommending tools to meet contractual obligations.

♦ The net result was approximately a $2,000,000 investment in network, desktop, and server management, monitoring, software distribution, and anti-virus systems.
